This nearly new iPhone 12 is just the ticket for my needs. I got an upgrade in the operating system and storage capacity compared to my iPhone 8. BH came in at 100% so I’m a happy camper. The size is a few millimeters smaller than my iPhone 8, but that’s what I want, a small form phone with an incidental camera attached. The pre-attached glass protector adds an extra perq and worth the $10 not to have bowls and dust staring at me. I have used refurbished phones before, but this is by far the best experience. I highly recommend Plug tech, a refurbisher and not a broker for entities that don’t care about quality control. So, price, quality used phone and an easy order and shipping process makes for repeat business for this guy. i’m required to rate the camera, but I haven’t even use the camera and will not use it all that much because this is, after all, a cell phone. I’m going to give it a four only because it looks good. I purchased a separate case that has a window that slides over the lenses to protect them. They should remain pristine in my hands

I faced a problem with my first delivery, but it was resolved by the remarkable customer service who provided me with a replacement phone. The second phone is as exceptional as promised, but it was the outstanding service that truly left a lasting impression on me.

Exactly as expected I love it honestly I can’t complain about one thing about it. Most usually when reviewing this say the battery life is satisfactory but personally it’s fine to me. The charger is high quality and gets it from 0% to 100% before you even realize. Though as the title of the phone says it is small and a huge change from my previous device but once you settle in on it you’ll have adjusted to the size by then. I also got it in the eco friendly condition yet there’s only a few scratches that may
